  • Allô Prof: Development of the 2016-2019 business plan (expansion and diversification of the offer + innovation orchestration) and mapping of the organization’s ecosystem
  • Association canadienne des professeurs d’immersion: Development of the 2017-2020 strategic plan with the executive team and the board of directors, which included clarifying the organization’s business model and value proposition. A Canada-wide consultation will take place in 2017 and will allow the organization to validate its value proposition among its members
  • L’Appui Outaouais: Development of the 2014-2017 strategic plan
  • Bell Media: Completion of a growth strategy that focuses on the achievement of three strategic projects
  • Chambre de commerce de Gatineau: Facilitation of a brainstorming workshop on the organization’s value proposition, focused on the concept of entrepreneurial ecosystems
  • Centre de recherche en technologies langagières (CRTL): Coaching of the two high-tech companies in the development of a go-to-market strategy
  • CFORP: Coaching with the development of their 2015-2018 strategic plan through an employee engagement exercise with the centre’s entire staff
